The Punjab School Education Department has intensified the campaign to create awareness among the students and their parents about the covid-19 epidemic through posters. The teachers of primary, middle, high and senior secondary schools are actively involved in this task.Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the education department said that with the inspiration of the school education secretary Mr. Kishan Kumar, the teachers of various schools across the state under 'Mission Fateh' are trying to bring a positive change in the behavior of children and their parents through posters decorated with slogans in the epidemic phase.A beautiful poster made in punjabi during this time has the slogan ' zindgi dee kishti dhian nal chalao, hamesha do gaz dee doori apnao". Another poster teaches ' corona nu nah, zindge nu han'. Similarly, in another very beautiful poster, the children are shown saying, "nal corona lar rahe han, asin ghar bathe he parh rahe han." Through various posters, children and their parents are being made aware of the epidemic as well as motivated to live with enthusiasm so that they can maintain their morale during this crisis. According to the spokesperson, Special contribution is being made by the teachers with specialization in IT. Apart from sending poster to children, parents and others through social media, hard copies are also being provided to the children so that they can stick them in their homes. According to the spokesperson, this initiative of the education department has impressed the general public and the work of the teachers is being appreciated by the people.
