With a view to provide banking services to the people at their doorsteps during COVID-19 lockdown, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Aashika Jain late Tuesday evening, launched the mobile ATM van facility of the State Bank of India (SBI) from the District Administrative Complex.The ATM is van is fitted with YONO cash facility and by making use of it, the people can withdraw cash using cashless technique. This would prove to be very useful in reducing the spread of infection in the wake of corona virus. On Wednesday, the mobile ATM van would go to Highland Marg, Nabha-Bhabat Road, Zirakpur. Among others present on the occasion included DGM (B&O) Mr. Sukhbir Singh Birdi, Regional Manager Mr. Sumit Roy and Liaison Officer Mr. Ram Sarup.
