Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri R.K. Mathur was called upon by Mumtaz Hussain, Executive Councilor (Minority), LAHDC, Leh along with President Anjuman-e-Imamiya at  Raj Niwas today.The delegation submitted a memorandum seeking early evacuation of Iran returned pilgrims who have completed their mandatory quarantine period in different  places in India as well as of students, patients and old aged persons from Ladakh stuck in different parts of the country due to the imposition of nationwide lockdown. They  requested the Lt. Governor to evacuate the stranded Ladakhi pilgrims and other stuck people on priority considering the rising temperature, food and health related issues faced  by them.
