District Development Commissioner, Nazim Zai Khan today distributed, PP kits (Full body safety Kits) and personal as well as community sanitation material among NGOs and   frontline workers who are rendering their services to prevent COVID-19.DDC informed that administration has involved the PRIs and NGOs to intensify sanitation drive in rural   areas of district besides ensuring effective implementation of guidelines issued by the health department in this regard.“We have intensified the distribution of face masks in all   panchayats of the district through frontline workers of RDD and PRIs, DDC Informed.All the Municipal Committees (MCs) have already launched mass sanitation drives to disinfect   all places and offices in their respective jurisdictions. Besides sanitation cum fogging drives continues across, the district, to decontaminate the public places, quarantine centers,   health institutions and government offices to contain the Covid-19 pandemic.DDC directed the officials and NGOs to follow the guidelines with utmost care, besides he also asked   quarantined people to cooperate with the administration which is important for the well being of their families.He stressed upon the officers to work with dedication, synergy and   follow the directions so that the chain of Coronavirus infection will be broken at all levels in UT.
