District Administration, Ramban has taken all necessary measures in accordance to the advisories and government orders issued from time to time to prevent corona virus infection, Deputy Commissioner, Nazim Zai Khan, informed at a press conference, here today.The DC informed that district administration is well papered to prevent and control the Corona outbreak with all senior officers monitoring the situation closely.He said that administration is in direct contact with all departments besides other stakeholders and taking all steps needed to curb the spread of the novel virus.He said restriction/ban has been imposed on the assembly/gathering of more than 05 persons at any public place across the district under section 144 Cr.Pc with immediate effect for a period of 15 days, while Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 has also been invoked.Administration has established Help Desk with contact No. 01998-266444 in District Hospitals (DH), besides a control room has been set up in DC office with contact No.01998-266789 and DH contact No. 01998-266908 for the convenience of the people.
