The District Development Commissioner (DDC), Kupwara, Anshul Garg today chaired a meeting of concerned officers to discuss the formulation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as per the indicator wise details furnished by Planning, Development & Monitoring Department.Among others, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, Joint Director Planning, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Chief Horticulture Officer, Executive Engineers of PDD & R&B and representatives of various departments participated in the meeting.The DDC said that the Kupwara district has been selected on the ground of Aspirational District for ranking under Sustainable Development Goals across the country.He directed the concerned officers to formulate the developmental goals of their departments to be achieved in the district. He directed the officers to check the authenticity of the parameters set for SDGs at their own level so that the district can be ranked properly.
