District Development Commissioner (DDC) Pulwama, Dr Raghav Langer in presence of District Social Welfare officer flagged off a group of 20 Specially-abled persons for 10 days National tour here today.The tour is being organized by District Social Welfare department, Pulwama.The group will visit various cities of the country including Chandigarh, Amritsar, Shimla and Delhi.Interacting with the specially-abled persons DDC said that tour will provide an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge about diverse cultures.He said that the tour is a way forward toward inclusive development of specially abled persons.
