Congress Party candidate Vijay Inder Singla took out a huge road show in the Constituency today riding motorbike himself along with senior congress party leaders and said that he was overwhelmed by the love and affection given by people. He stated that he had confidence in the electorate who knows the capabilities of each candidate and gimmickry, deceit and false promises of his Opponents will not yield results. He said that there is a visible anti Akali wave in Punjab and BJP (being an alliance partner) has an equal responsibility to share the blame for this situation. Akalis are hiding behind Modi in this election as they have no Lollipops left to offer to people but people have made up their mind to vote against the corrupt and mafia governance of Akali – BJP Govt. and vote for merit and performance.Singla said that AAP by running away from their development responsibilities in Delhi and resorting to ‘dharnas’ on every issue confronting the society has exposed their party and he has trust in the voter in making a wise choice on 30 April.
