In order to streamline the working of government offices in the district to facilitate the people, the Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Kumar Sharma today conducted checking in the various offices of the administration in Bhogpur.The Deputy Commissioner asked all the officers to ensure that people do not face any sort of difficulty in getting their routine administrative works are done.Mr Sharma said that this inspection was supportive supervision to the functioning of the various departments and was not aimed at fault finding but to remove shortcomings, if any, in the government offices.The Deputy Commissioner started his inspection from Nayab Tehsildar office in Bhogpur and later went to check the office of Executive Officer, Municipal Council. He checked the record registers in the offices and asked the officers to ensure that people were facilitated during their visit to the office.The Deputy Commissioner checked the catalogue register, stamp duty register, stock register, will deed register, cash book and others and asked the officers to ensure that there was no pendency of any sort in the office.Mr Sharma also checked the entire record the land deeds done recently and asked the officers to ensure proper transparency and accountability in the system. He said that people must be benefitted from the citizen-centric decisions and services introduced by the state government.Later, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with the people present on occasion and asked them about any sort of problem faced by them. The people expressed complete satisfaction on the ongoing mechanism.Mr Sharma said that the district administration was duty-bound to serve the people in a perfect manner so that they do not face any sort of inconvenience. He said that the sole motive was to ensure that the working in the government offices was streamlined for the well being of the people.
