Advisor to LG K K Sharma today said that the Grievance Redressal System (GRS) has been made robust for prompt disposal of development issues and lacunae, besides fast pacing the development projects.The Advisor was interacting with the deputations and individuals who had come for redressal of their grievances and issues during the public outreach programme conducted at Convention centre, Canal road here today.As many as, 80 deputations and 185 individuals comprising 580 persons from different districts and divisions of the UT  came for redressal of their issues.Pahari Development Forum from Machail Kistwar raised the issue of link roads, up-gradation of existing electric infra, adequate health care facilities.A deputation from Ward Number 61 Bohri Udyawala raised the issues of poor drainage network.National  Federation of Blind called for undertaking measures for up-gradation of blind school at Roopnagar. Besides,teachers appointed under RMSA called for extension of their services.J&K Graduate Electrical Engineers Association raised several service related issues and called for creation of additional posts for their career progression.Deputation of J&K Cements Employees Association called for reimbursement of their salaries.J&K Teachers Joint Action Committee demanded formulation of a comprehensive transfer policy, leave encashment for teachers, creation of Master grade posts in primary schools, inclusion of five years services rendered by ReTs in their service career.A deputation of Jammu Kashmir Political Migrants Front raised several issues related to their residential accommodation and security.

Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum called for creation of posts of Masters working as Head Teachers in SSA upgraded schools, immediate transfer of surplus staff, minimum wages for contingent paid workers CPWs, regularization of all class-IV employees and infra up gradation in elementary schools.Meanwhile, Auqaf Committee Chandergam Pulwama demanded up-gradation of electric infra in their area.A deputation from Dansal led by Chairman, Block Development Council called for undertaking black topping of link roads besides undertaking work on new ones.Gram Development Committee Inderwal called for up-gradation of the existing schools, block topping of the roads, creation of tourism facilities and undertaking work on new PMGSY roads.Deputation of Block Dali Udhyanpur, Doda led by Chairperson, BDC called for construction of Degree College, ITI, hospitals and play ground in their block.Chairperson Hiranagar Municipality called for fast pacing work on the new bridge and up-gradation of health infra.Deputation from Mahanpur called for release of funds for additional block of the new Degree College.Deputation of Halqa Seen Bhramna Udhampur and Nagrota Khatal Batal raised the issues related to R&B and electric infra.Tourism Pass Out Graduates called for formulation of a policy on the analogy of ReT.A deputation from Bahufort Development Committee called for constitution of a Board on the pattern of Shri Mata Vaisno Devi Board for Bawe wali Mata.All Jammu and Kashmir Panchyat Conference from halqa Wachu Khan Shab Budgam raised several issues related to R& B and Power sector.Several other deputations and individuals while interacting with the Advisor raised their issues related to R&B, PDD, Tourism, Industries and Commerce and called for their early redressal.
