Vishvas Foundation Sector-9 Panchkula organized a blood donation camp at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran District Mohali today on Wednesday with the blessings of Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji. This camp was organized in collaboration with Chandigarh Group of Colleges. The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Satnam Singh Sandhu, Chairman of the College and President Mr. Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, Vishvas Foundation Vice President Sadhvi Shakti Vishvas and General Secretary Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas. Along with this, Mr. Kamlesh Kaushal Red Cross Mohali was also present from the college's Principal Dr. Sneh Bansal. The camp was operated by Dr. Anita and her team from Blood Bank PGI Chandigarh. It took 400 registrations to camp at the camp. Out of which 264 blood donors earned the virtue of donating blood voluntarily. 136 was refused blood donation due to health issues.The camp started at 10 am the camp continued till 4:00 pm. recommended refreshment was arranged by doctors for all blood donors. All blood donors were awarded with certificates, gifts and badges as gifts.
