District Development Commissioner Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat, along with a team of officers today visited damaged Brazloo bridge on which vehicular movement has been put on pause as the bridge has developed a single pot hole near bearing of 7th span.The DDC was accompanied by ADC Shabir Hussain Bhat and concerned officers.After reviewing the status of the bridge, the DDC directed the authorities to allow only LMV traffic movement on Brazloo Bridge after fixing the damaged spot of the bridge.He was informed that safety audit of all bridges has been initiated by R&B across the District.Pertinently the Brazaloo Bridge is one of the oldest single lane based on 11 spans. The bridge connects Kulgam with Qazigund.
