"The importance of good health and education cannot be overlooked in today's era as both these factors are significant in the creation of an ideal society." These views were expressed here today at the annual function of the Government High School Saneta by the Health and Family Welfare Minister, Punjab, Balbir Singh Sidhu.The minister also said that the Punjab Government is devoting special attention to the Healthcare as well as the Educational sectors.The minister also gave a cheque of Rs. 4,51,000 to the village panchayat Saneta for the development centric projects and another cheque of Rs. 2,50,000 to the Headmistress of the school Shubhwant Kaur for sprucing up the infrastructure in the school.Mr. Balbir Singh Sidhu expressed happiness over the fact that while being a leading institution in the educational sphere with 100 percent results, the school is also showing good results in sports with its girls team having played at the state level.The children of the school also presented a cultural program on the occasion.On the occasion, Social Worker Mr. Gurdhyan Singh Durali also gave a cheque of Rs. 11,000.Among other dignitaries present on the occasion included the Political Secretary to Mr. Balbir Singh Sidhu --Mr. Harkesh Chand Sharma Machhli Kalan, Sarpanch Saneta Chaudhary Bhagat Ram, Sarpanch of Nagari Pandit Bhupinder Kumar, Sarpanch Raipur Kalan Mr. Jassa, Vice Chairman Block Samiti Kharar Mr. Manjit Singh Tangori, D.
