"Phone-in-Call" Programme in Pulwama continues to resolves public grievances

Scores of People from various areas of the district particularly far-flung areas projected their demands and issues pertaining to PDD, PHE, R&B, MC, RDD and other departments during live "Phone-in-Call" Programme where Deputy Commissioner Dr Raghav Langer received phone calls on speaker mode in presence of District Officers and other concerned at Meeting Hall of DC office, Pulwama.DDC instructed concerned officers to take cognizance of the issues pertaining to their departments and ensure timely redressal. He said District Administration is committed for prompt and effective disposal of problems being faced by the general public. He also reviewed the action taken report of grievances raised by the people during previous programs.The District Administration Pulwama has also established a 24 x 7 Public Grievance Cell for reaching out to people.
