B2V2 works to be completed by Feb, DDC Budgam reviews ongoing developmental projects

District Development Commissioner, Budgam Tariq Hussain Ganaie today said that most of the works taken under B2V2 ambitious programme will be completed by ending  February.These remarks were made by the DDC during a meeting of officers to review the progress of works under B2V2, Capex Budget and languishing projects across the  district.Additional Secretary FCS&CA, Director FCS&CA Kashmir, District officers of FCS&CA, General Manager FCI, ADC Budgam, CPO Budgam, SE Hydraulics, ACD, ACR,  Executive Engineers from PDD, R&B and PHE, besides other concerned were present in the meeting.The meeting was informed that 60 per cent works being executed by RDD  have been completed while under languishing projects60 percent works have been completed and work is in full swing on other 115 projects including school buildings, training  centers and health institutions.He directed all executing agencies including JKPCC, Police Housing Board, SICOP and others to ensure speedy completion of projects.The DDC  also reviewed developmental works being executed by various agencies under approved Capex budget and directed the officers to redouble their efforts and ensure works are  completed these works within fixed timeframe.He directed the concerned officers to make coordinated efforts to settle all the land acquisition disputes concerning developmental  projects and seeding under NFSA.
