A delegation of Dal dwellers called on Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu at the Raj Bhavan here today.The delegation led by Ghulam Mohd. Kachroo, President, Zamindar Association apprised the Lt Governor about various issues pertaining to the rehabilitation and welfare of the Dal dwellers.The Lt Governor while interacting with the members of the delegation observed that the Government is taking concrete steps for the proper rehabilitation of the Dal dwellers with all basic amenities to be provided to them. He assured the delegation to review the genuine issues projected by them for their early redressal.
