Bhartiya Skill Development University a premier institution that offers ‘Only-Skills’ programscollaborated with Orane International to impart expert industry knowledge to its students under its ‘Beauty and Wellness Program’. The Beauty and Wellness Centre of Excellence is an initiative under the School of Entrepreneurship Skill at the Bhartiya Skill Development University.The trainingsimparted shall be based on Swiss Dual System comprising of “On the job Training” and “Vocational School” which has been adopted after carrying out due modifications to suit the Indian industry at BSDU. The Beauty and Wellness Centre of Excellence was inaugurated by Honorable Minister Mr. TikaramJully, Labour (Independent Charge), Factories & Boilers Investigation (Independent Charge), Co-operative, Indira Gandhi NaharPariyojana (IGNP), Government of Rajasthan.Brig. SS Pabla,Pro-Chancellor, BSDU said, “We have sensed a strong growth in the Beauty and Wellness segment. According to a recent report published by KPMG, the size of India's beauty and wellness market was around Rs. 80,370 crores at the beginning of 2019. This includes the beauty products, beauty salon and spa businesses where the compounded annual growth rate of the Beauty & Wellness business in India has been around 18%. Considering these overall statistics we have ventured in this forte and would love to contribute through talented manpower. We are extremely excited with this collaboration with Orane international.”Honourable Minister Mr. TikaramJully, Labour (Independent Charge), Factories & Boilers Investigation (Independent Charge), Co-operative, Indira Gandhi NaharPariyojana (IGNP), Government of Rajasthan said, “Orane International’s strategic collaboration with Bhartiya Skill Development University would create the best manpower resources in the Beauty and Wellness Industry.

Programs and trainings offered at the BSDUare the need of the hour as; they not just offer trainings but impart knowledge that make an individual employable through industry based experience through on-the job trainings. With a framework that would create entrepreneurs is a need of the hour in case of creating a brighter future of the Indian youth today. The Entrepreneurship Skill Sector has a very large scope for skill education in a variety of related skill areas.
