Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Khan, today held a grievances redressal camp here at the Convention Center Canal Road.As many as, 135 people comprising 20 deputations and 30 individuals visited the grievance camp and apprised the Advisor of their issues seeking an early resolution.A deputation of SRO-43 aspirants sought clearance of their pending cases lying with different departments. Another deputation of J&K Handball Association sought government's attention towards promotion of the game.A deputation of NIS certified instructors demanded continuation of their services in JK Sports Council while a deputation of Migrant Anganwadi Workers sought intervention of the Advisor in release of their pending honorarium.Moreover, scores of individuals visited the camp with their personal complaints and issues.The Advisor listened to each of them patiently and sent several grievances to the relevant departments for resolution.
