Governor Bandaru Dattatraya today visited Government Degree College, Dharamshala in district Kangra and interacted with students.On this occasion, the Governor stressed on  personality development, character building and physical health of students. He said that students must do yoga daily to remain physically and mentally fit. Yoga keeps the mind  calm and the positive energy generated through it helps to move forward in life. He said that education helps in personality development of students, but character building and  knowledge of culture is also important which helps in Nation building.Shri Dattatraya motivated the students to read the biographies of famous personalities such as Swami  Vivekanand, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar and former President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.On this occasion, Governor asked several questions to the students and inspired them to move  forward. He also encouraged them to create drug-free society and urged to be a part of Swachhta Abhiyan.Earlier, Government Degree College, Principal, Jyoti Kumar welcomed  the Governor on this occasion.
