The 'Dera Baba Nanak Utsav' being held in dedication to the 550th Prakash Purb of Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, entered it's 3rd day today. At the 'Sur Mandal Bhai Mardana Raag Durbar', the Gurbani Kirtan began with world renowned Kirtani Jathas performing Kirtan with 'Tanti Saaz'. The Cabinet Minister S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa was also present on the occasion alongwith Head of Sant Samaj Baba Sarbjot Singh Bedi.On the occasion, Bhai Ranjit Singh Hazuri Ragi Sri Durbar Sahib, Bhai Gursharan Singh Jawaddhi Jatha, Bhai Ranjodh Singh and companions Harike Pattan, Dr. Gurinder Kaur Delhi, Bibi Jasleen Kaur, and Ustad Gurmeet Singh Delhi performed Kirtan. S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa in the occasion thanked the religious personalities, Kirtani Jathas as well as the Nanak Naam Leva Sangat. He also said that it is our good fortune that we have got a chance to celebrate 550th Prakash Purb of Sahib Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji in our lifetime. He further divulged that the Dera Baba Nanak Utsav would continue till 11th November. Among other dignitaries present on the occasion included Sant Samaj Head Baba Sarbjot Singh Bedi, Baba Sohan Singh, Baba Sucha Singh Gurmat Sangeet Akademi and Sur Abhiyas Jandiala Guru, Sant Ranjit Singh Dera Santpura, Baba Fateh Singh Tarna Dal Hoshiarpur Chief Baba Gurdev Singh. The stage was ably compeered by Tarundeep Singh Team Fateh, Sri Amritsar Sahib.
