District Development Commissioner, Dr. Piyush Singla today chaired a meeting to review the progress on the centrally sponsored schemes (CSS) and bottlenecks, if any in their implementation. Detailed deliberations were held on the schemes being implemented in different sectors of the District like Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme , Deen Dayal Antordaya Yojana-NRLM, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gramin Kaushalya Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana,National Social Assistance Programme, Pradhan Mantri Gram Awaas Yojana,Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), National Rural Drinking Water Programme,Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sanchaye Yojana,Water shed Management Programme, (IWMP) Digital India Land Record Modernization Programme, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gram Jyoti Yojana, Ujjwal DISCOM Assurance Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, National Health Mission, Serva Shiksha Abhiyan, Integrated Child Development Scheme, Mid day meal Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, Digital India public Internet Access Programme providing Common Service Center in each gram Panchayat, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, PKVY, Soil Health Card, PMEGP,PMAGY, Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, SSA, IPDS, PMKKY, etc were discussed in detail.The DDC took an extensive review of physical and financial achievements registered by the concerned departments during the year 2019-20. He stressed upon the officers to work with sincerity and dedication and ensure time bound completion of all developmental works so that benefits reach to the targeted people.
The DDC asked Agriculture Department to cover the pending farmers under KCC scheme and motivate them to avail the benefits of other government schemes. He also instructed to form an action plan to cover the uncovered beneficiaries under KCC. Social Welfare department was directed to increase Aadhaar linking of beneficiaries in the district. The DDC asked all officers to gear up the process of inclusion of left out beneficiaries and conduct mass awareness programme regarding all central schemes. The departments were asked to submit detail of Panchayat wise assets and action plans to ACD Office immediately.The DDC directed the BDOs to facilitate the students for filling online scholarship forms by providing internet access at their block head quarters.He further directed the officers to conduct frequent tour of remote and hilly areas to monitor the development works pertaining to their departments for effective ground results and quality of works executed.While reviewing the progress of Ayushman Bharat, the CMO was asked to activate men and machinery to cover 100% registration of all pending cases. The CMO informed that 1000 beneficiaries have availed the benefits so far in the district under the scheme.Reviewing the progress on PDD sector, it was informed that all works have been completed under Saubhagya scheme.The DDC also reviewed the status of receiving stations and directed Xen project wing to resolve the local issues, if any and expedite the work.Taking stock of road wise progress of PMGSY projects, the concerned were directed to expedite and monitor the progress of work on daily basis and submit weekly progress report.The DDC asked the concerned to recommend the non performer/defaulter contractors in the district for black listing.
