The Kirtan Darbar and Religious programmes followed by the commencement of Sehaj Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji left devotees at Main Pandal Guru Nanak Darbar mesmerized in historic Sultanpur Lodhi on Tuesday.The programmes including Kirtan in Ragbadh manner and Dhadhiwara were organized as part of week-long celebrations of the 550th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji by the Punjab Government in association with various Panthak organizations and Sant Samaj.During the occasion, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh himself carried Sri Guru Granth Sahib on his head and placed in a flower-decorated Palki (palanquin) amid the chanting of Jaikaras (holy cheers) 'Bolay So Nihal’ by devotees.People from different age groups and all walks of life including renowned Sants, Nihang Singh organizations Nirmal Bhekh, Namdharis etc attended this religious event and recited ‘Satnam-Waheguru’.The programme was commenced by the renowned Sufi Singer Harshdeep Kaur by singing her newly released Shabad ‘Mere Sahiba’, which enthralled the audience. After her performance, Hazuri Ragi Sri Darbar Sahib Bhai Gurmeet Singh Shant and Bhai Manjeet Singh Shant performed Gurbani Kirtan.On the occasion, Baba Sarabjot Singh, Baba Avtar Singh, Jathedar Baba Balbir Singh head Nihang Singh Budha Dal, Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal, Baba Kashmir Singh Bhuriwale, Baba Narinder Singh Gurdwara Sant Nidhan Singh Hazur Sahib, Baba Gajjan Singh Tarna Dal, Sant Sewa Rampur Khera, Sant Ghala Singh, Namdhari Sect head Baba Uday Singh, Sant Hari Singh Randhawe Wale, Sant Kashmir Singh Garhe Wale, Sant Paramjit Singh Hansali, Sant Kashmira Singh Alohara Wale, Sant Manmohan Singh Baran Wale, Sant Lakhbir Singh Ratwara Sahib, Sant Kahan Singh Goniana Mandi, Mahinder Singh Bhari Wale, Sant Roshan Singh Dhablan, Sant Gurmukh Singh Allowal, Mehant Sunder Singh Sewa Panthi Patiala, Baba Sukha Singh and others from Sant Samaj and religious bodies were present.
