Justice Ali Muhammad Magrey, who is also chairman of Infrastructure Committee High Court of J&K, today visited Munsiff Court Complex Sumbal to review various facilities being provided to litigants and members of Bench and Bar.Justice Magrey reviewed progress of various pending projects at the Complex. He directed the concerned officers to complete the projects within the deadline so that all the facilities are available to litigants and members of Bar at the earliest.While inspecting Court files, Justice Magrey directed the Presiding Officers to take up speedy disposal of cases particularly pertaining to family and civil matters pending for the last more than five years.Justice Magrey, who is also Administrative Judge for district Srinagar, also conducted the special tour of North Srinagar during which 130 vehicles were challaned for various violations of traffic rules under his supervision by Mobile Magistrate Mir Wajahat. A fine of Rs 31000 was also received on spot.
