DIPR’s Cultural Wing organizes Inter Collegiate Rangoli, Debate competition

As part of 73rd Independence Day celebration, Cultural Wing of Department of Information and Public Relations today organized an Inter Collegiate Rangoli and Debate Competition at Media Complex.Deputy Director Information (HQ) Jammu, Dr. Rehana Akhtar Bijjli was the chief guest on the occasion.The debate competition was adjudicated by Associate Professor Department of Computer and IT, Jammu University, Dr. Subnandan Singh Jamwal, Field Publicity Officer, Vipan Bhagat and Cultural Officer, Parul Khajuria in which Hivreen Kour and Irtiqa Tariq  of Government College for Women, Parade were adjudged as 1st and 2nd winners while Aarya Bargotra of Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar secured 3rd position.The Rangoli competition was adjudicated by HOD, Applied Art Institute of Music and Fine Arts, Jammu University, Rakesh Sharma, Field Publicity Officer, Vipan Bhagat and Cultural Officer, Parul Khajuria in which Sakshi Kumari of Government Degree College R. S. Pura, Meetu Bhagat of Government Degree College Mishriwala and Ankit Sharma of GGM Science College secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively.On the occasion, a colourful cultural bonanza was presented by the artists of the Cultural Wing of Information Department.
