Jan Manch was organized in all 12 districts of Himachal today in which people of the state participated in large numbers and registered their complaints. During this  important programme 2512 demands and complaints were received out of which most of complaints were disposed off on the spot.Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur  listened to the public grievances at Oakover and urged people to participate in Jan Manch. He also praised people of the state for participating in Jan Manch in large  numbers. He directed officers to address the public grievances on priority basis.He said that CM helpline will be also started in the state to facilitate people through  which they will be able to register their demands and complaints from comfort of their homes.During Jan Manch programme held in various districts saplings were planted  under Ek Buta Beti ke Naam Scheme and FDs were also given to beneficiaries under Beti Hai Anmol Scheme.

District Solan

Speaker of Vidhan Sabha Dr. Rajiv Bindal presided over the Jan Manch at Doon in district Solan.  During Jan Manch 82 complaints and 230 demands were received and  32 complaints were disposed and 3 demands were addressed on the spot.He said that 14 birth, 75 Himachali bonafide, 58 Character, 3 Community, 40 income, 11 OBC  and 102 SC certificates were issued. He said that 70 people were provided pariwar register nakals (copies) and 80 mutations were also done on this occasion. In  today's Jan Manch 108 people were registered for making Adhar Card, learning driving licenses were issued to 17 people and 52 voter ID cards were also  made.Medical camps was organized during Jan Manch in which 665 patients availed free medical checkup facility and 18 people were issued disability certificates.During Jan Manch 2015 farmers got their animals checked at free checkup camp.Doon MLA Paramjeet Singh Pammi and former MLA of Doon Vinod Chandel were also  present on the occassion.

Sirmaur District

Irrigation and Public Health Minister Mahender Singh presided over the Jan Manch at Pacchad in District Sirmaur. On this occasion as many as 135 complaints and  demands were received and 26 cases were disposed off on the spot and 109 cases were sent to the concerned department.Irrigation and Public Health Minister said  that during Jan Manch 3 Will, 14 Family Settlement, 28 learning licenses and 20 different kinds of certificates were issued on the occasion. During Jan Manch 150  patients were given free check-up by health department and 169 patients were given free check-up and medicines by Ayurveda department.On this occasion, 190  eligible women of 9 Gram Panchayats were given free gas connection under Mukhyamantri Grihini Suvidha Scheme. FDRs worth Rs. 10,000 each were given to  families of 9 new born girls and Badhai Patra, gift and one holy basil plant was given to the families of 4 new born girls.On this occasion MP Suresh Kashyap also  shared his views.On this occasion MLA Sukh Ram Chaudhary and Chairman State Agriculture Marketing Board Baldev Bhandari were also present.

District Mandi

Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj presided over the Jan Manch organized at Seri Bunglow (Karsog) in district Mandi. Here 369 complaints and 109 demands were  received out of which 382 were addressed on the spot.Education Minister said that on this occasion 160 cases of social security pension were received. 168 free gas  connections were distributed under Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojana. He said that on this occasion more than 600 different certificate were issued which includes 407  Himachali bonafide, 182 Udyan card, 21kisan card, 5 BPL and 2 birth certificates. 49 Jan Dhan Yojana and 55 digital ration cards were also issued.During health camp  800 people availed health check-up facility and 65 persons with disability were medically examined for issuing disability certificates. 12 Ayushman Bharat and Himcare  cards and 22 Adhar cards were issued.On this occasion local MLA Hira Lal was also present. 

District Chamba

In District Chamba, Jan Manch was organized in Gram Panchayat Kakira (Bhatiyat), which was presided over by Urban Development Minister Sarveen Chaudhary. 267  complaints and demands were received and most of the cases were disposed off on the occasion.During this programme 38 different kinds of certificates were issued.  During medical check-up 224 people availed the facility.25 people were issued Adhar cards and 14 people were issued disability certificates.During this occasion 30  beneficiaries were given FDRs worth Rs. 10,000 each under Beti Hai Anmol Yojana and under Grihini Suvidha Yojana 73 beneficiaries were given free gas  connections.On this occasion, MLA Bikram Singh Jaryal was also present on the occasion.

Lahaul-Spiti District

Agriculture Minister Dr. Ram Lal Markanda presided over Jan Manch at Udaipur in district Lahaul-Spiti. During this programme 102 complaints were received and 65  were disposed off on the spot and 37 complaints were sent to the concerned departments for redressal within 10 days through e-Samadhan portal.During Jan Manch 38  people were given free medical check-up. On this occasion, 5 Adhar card, 4 himachali bonafide, 4 SC certificates and 10 Samman cards were issued.Dr. Ram Lal  Markanda distributed FDRs worth Rs. 10,000 each to 8 girls under 'Balika Samridhi Yojana'.

Una District

Health Minister Vipin Singh Parmar presided over Jan Manch held at Dulahad in Haroli assembly constituency of Una district. During this programme 337 complaints  were received and disposed off on the spot.On this occasion minister distributed 60 free gas connections under Mukhyamantri Grihini Suvidha Scheme and 15 baby  care kits were distributed to the mothers of new born. 22 health cards were also issued on the occasion.On this occasion 274 people were given free medical check-up.

Kinnaur District

Jan Manch was organised in Katgaon of Nichar sub-division. It was presided over by Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Animal Husbandry minister Virendra  Kanwar.During the Jan Manch Programme 61 complaints were received, out of which 31 were settled on the spot and the remaining 30 complaints were sent to the  concerned departments and directed to ensure redress within 15 days. During the Programme 37 demand letters were also received and most of which were disposed  of on the spot.During the Jan Manch, 250 pariwar nakal, 30 ration cards, 14 TD forms, 5 BPL certificates, 8 birth certificates, 12 vehicle registrations, 15 driving  licenses, 22 vehicle fitness certificates, 125 liquor certificates were issued. During the Programme 46 ration cards, 10 employment registration cards were also issued.During the Jan Manch 237 persons were given free health check up at the camp set up by the Health Department.During the Jan Manch 96 Udyan cards were also  distributed to the farmers. In addition, 12 electric meters and 7 new water connections were also approved. During the Jan Manch, 36 mutation and 129 different  certificates were also issued by the Revenue Department.Under the Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojana 10 beneficiaries were provided free gas connections and FDRs of  10-10 thousand under the Beti Hai Anmol Yojana were also given to three girls.Himachal Pradesh State Forest Development Corporation Vice Chairman Surat Negi,  former MLA Tejwant Singh Negi were also present on the occasion.

Kangra district

In Kangra district, Jan Manch was organised at Raja ka Talab in Fatehpur and was chaired by Industries Minister Bikram Singh Thakur. As many as 55 complaints were  received during the Jan Manch and 50 of them were disposed off on the spot and rest were sent to concerned department for early redressal.Bikram Singh said that till  now MoUs worth around 29500 crore rupees have been signed with different industrialists and investors, which will provide employment opportunities to thousands of  unemployed youths of the state.Industries Minister said that from the next Jan Manch organized in the district, one day prior to the programme all pending complaints will  be reviewed by the Chief Guest or concerned Deputy Commissioner.On this occasion, medical checkups camp was organized by Health and Ayurveda department. In  addition to medical checkups free medicines were also distributed during this camp.Industries Minister also planted a sampling in the school premises under 'Ek Buta Beti  ke Naam'. 10 FDRs were also distributed under Beti Hai Anmol Scheme to the beneficiaries.

Kullu district

In Kullu district, the Jan Manch was organised at Barad (Manali) sub-division Manali was presided over Forest Minister Govind Singh Thakur. As many as 77 complaints  were received during the programme and 62 were disposed off on the spot.In health camp organised on the occasion, around 119 people availed the facility of free  health check-up and lab tests of 97 people were done. 50 people availed health camp organized by Ayurveda department. On this occasion 15 Ayushman cards, 26  Udyan cards and 49 HRTC cards were issued.

Hamirpur District

Under the Chairmanship of Social Justice & Empowerment Minister Dr. Rajiv Saizal Jan Manch was organised at Dhanota panchayat of Badsar assembly constituency  in Hamirpur District where 200 complaints and 153 demands were received and most of the complaints were disposed off on the spot.Dr. Saizal said that the Jan Manch  was the flagship programme of the state government, which amplifies the state government's endeavour to provide solutions to the problems of the people. He said that  this platform provides people chance to speak about their problems without any hesitation and get timely solution to their problems. On this occasion, 27 beneficiaries  were distributed free gas connections under Himachal Grihini Suvidha Scheme and 'Selfie with Daughter' campaign was also launched.On this occasion, local MLA Inder  Dutt Lakhanpal and former MLA Baldev Sharma were also present.

District Shimla

Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Hans Raj presided over the Jan Manch held at Koti Panchayat (Kasumpti) today.During Jan Manch 128 complaints  were received in Jan Manch, out of which 82 complaints were settled on the spot and the remaining 46 complaints were forwarded to the concerned departments for  speedy redressal.During the occasion 193 people were given free health check-up apart from this 20 mutation certificates and 8 different types of certificates were also  issued.The Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker under 'Beti Hai Anmol Yojana' gave the FDRs to the first born girl child in the BPL family. Five eligible women were also  provided free gas connections under the Grihini Suvidha Yojana.Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation, Shimla Rakesh Sharma, was also present on the occasion.

District Bilaspur

In Bilaspur district, the Jan Manch was organised at Ghumarwin which was chaired by Vice-Chairman, Planning Board Ramesh Dhwala. As many as 125 applications  were received during Jan Manch while 41 complaints and 84 demands were received.On this occasion, 675 people availed free medical check-up facility. 46 disability  certificates, 40 Ayushman Bharat card, 2 new Adhar card and 50 Adhar cards were updated. 16 girls were given FDs under Beti Hai Anmol Scheme and one sapling was  given under Ek Buta Beti Ke Naam. Under Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojana 68 and 33 beneficiaries under Ujjwala Yojana were given free gas connections. He said that  29 different certificates, 11 affidavits, 26 mutations and one Will were issued.
