Suman Priya George Masih of Kharar (SAS Nagar), who won the first prize of Punjab State Sawan Bumper-2019, today submitted the documents to the Punjab State Lotteries Department for encashment of the prize.An official spokesperson said that the draw for the Punjab State Sawan Bumper was held on July 8 at Ludhiana and the first prize of Rs 3 crore had gone to two tickets A-316460 and B-331362 (Rs 1.5-1.5 crore each) and Suman was the one of the lucky winners, who pocketed the first prize of Rs 1.5 crore.Expressing satisfaction over the transparent and smooth system of the lotteries draws adopted by Punjab State Lotteries department, the lucky winner Suman said that the most joyous thing is that Punjab is an only state in which the big prizes of all lotteries are surely given in common people.Considering the huge enthusiasm of the people, the spokesperson said, the 'Punjab State Rakhi Bumper-2019' had already been floated in the market for which the draw will be held on September 3, 2019.
