DC Directs Revenue Officers To Speed Up Recovery From Wilful Defaulters

Deputy Commissioner  Varinder Kumar Sharma today directed the revenue officers to speed up the recovery from the wilful defaulters and any type of laxity will not be tolerated at any cost.Presiding over a meeting to review the collection of recovery here at District Administrative Complex today, Mr Sharma said that the officers must accord top most priority to the collection of these recoveries for enhancing the revenue of the state government.The Deputy Commissioner also asked the Sub Divisional Magistrates to personally monitor the cases pertaining to recovery so that the process could be expedited.He said that this process must be completed at the earliest without any delay. Mr. Sharma said that any wilful defaulters must not be spared and stern action must be taken against them.The Deputy Commissioner said that the recovery of pending arrears from the wilful defaulters needs to be ensured at early. He said that wilful defaulter should not be allowed to take the law for granted and every effort must be made to recover the pending arrears from them at the earliest.Prominent amongst present on the occasion included Additional Deputy Commissioner Mr Jasbir Singh, Sub Divisional Magistrates Mr Amit Kumar Panchal, Mr Rajesh Sharma,  Ms Charumita, Dr Anupreet Kaur, Ms Shayari Malhotra and others.
