Around 2500 demands and complaints were received during the Jan Manch organised in all the 12 districts of the state on Sunday, as per the reports reaching on the  headquarters. 

Mandi district

As many as 338 complaints and demands received during Jan Manch organised at Mandi Sadar constituency of Mandi district which was presided over by IPH Minister Mahender  Singh. 91 complaints were disposed off on the occasion and he directed the related departments to make sure to resolve the remaining as soon as possible.Mahender Singh said  that more than 25225 complaints have been received and out of which 20062 have been redressed during Jan Manch organised so far now.He said that Rs. 45 Crore drinking  water scheme funded by BRICS will be started in Mandi and apart from this another scheme worth Rs. 50 Crore will be implemented in Kotli region.

Sirmour district

Dr. Rajiv Bindal presided over the Jan Manch at Pachad in Sirmour district. As many as 290 cases were received and 110 were disposed off on the spot and the Minister directed  to resolve the remaining complaints and demands within 10 days.On the occasion Dr. Bindal said that Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur during his Frankfurt visit have invited  entrepreneurs and investors to invest in the State and due to that employment opportunities will be generated to the unemployed youth of the state. He also distributed 88 new  gas connections under Chief Minister Grihini Suvidha Yojana.

Kinnaur district

In Kinnaur district, the Jan Manch was organised at Sangla which was presided over by Town and Country Planing Minister Sarveen Chaudhary. Speaking on the occasion, she  said that the state government is working for women empowerment and various schemes have been launched in this regard.As many as 294 demands and complaints were  received during Jan Manch. The Minister honoured the beneficiaries of Beti Hai Anmol scheme and distributed free gas connections to all the beneficiaries on this occasion.

Chamba district

As many as 350 complaints and demands received during Jan Manch organised at Dalhousie constituency of Chamba district which was presided over by Education Minister  Suresh Bhardwaj. All the demands and complaints received were disposed off on the occasion.Speaking on the occasion Suresh Bhardwaj said that State Government is working  for the empowerment of women and various schemes have been launched in this regards. The target of distributing 127 free LPG connections under Grihini Suvidha Yojana in all  the identified panchayats of the district have been achieved. He said that State government is making all out efforts to provide better education facilities to the students of the  state.Free health camp was also organised by Health department and different and also honoured the beneficiaries of Beti Hai Anmol Scheme on the occasion.

Lahul-Spiti district

Agriculture Minister Ram Lal Markanda presided over the Jan Manch at Kelong in Lahul-Spiti district. As many as 144 complaints were received and 103 were disposed off on the  spot and the Minister directed to resolve the remaining complaints and demands as soon as possible.

Kullu district

Health Minister Vipin Singh Parmar said that Jan Manch has proved to be a great success and other states of the country. He was presiding over the Jan Manch Banjar in Kullu  district.As many as 83 complaints and demands were received during the programme out of which 61 were redressed on the spot.While presiding over the programme Vipin Singh  Parmar said that on the demand of people the State Government is filling up 200 posts of Doctors through Himachal Pradesh Public Service CommissionHe distributed free gas  connections to 72 women under the Ujjwala scheme in the district. Under Beti Bachao, Beti Padaho and Beti Ha Anmol  Schemes he  distributed the fixed deposit of Rs.10000 and  Rs. 12000 to girl child. 11 new Him Care Cards and Ayushmaan Cards to 20 people have also been distributed on this occasion.

Una district

As many as 242 complaints and demands received during Jan Manch organised at Kutlehar constituency of Una district which was presided over by Rural Development Minister  Virender Kanwar. All the demands and complaints received were disposed off on the occasion.Virender Kanwar said that the state government is committed to provide good  governance and to facilitate the people of the state so that it can be assured that every eligible person is getting benefits of government schemes. He said that Jan Manch  Programme is emerging as a powerful means of solving common people's grievances.He said that many cases related to settlement are coming out in the Department of Revenue  and Seprate Jan Manch would be organised to solve those cases.He distributed 10 Baby kits and issued 18 new health cards under Him Care scheme. Prime Minister message  regarding water conservation was also read during the occasion 

Kangra district

In Kangra district, the Jan Manch was held at Dharamshala which was presided over by Forest Minister Govind Singh Thakur. As many as 86 complaints were received and out of  which 69 were disposed off on the spot.On the occasion Govind Singh planted the plant under the new campaign 'Ek Buta Beti Ke Naam'. He said that this is an effort towards  sensitising the society to save the girl child and environment. MP Kisan Kapoor was also present on this occasion. He said that Janamanch program provides a platform through  which the government is able to solve the problems of the common people at their door step.

Solan district

In Solan district, the Jan Manch was organised at Kasauli Assembly constituency which was presided over by Social Justice & Empowerment Minister Rajiv Saizal.As many as 42  demands and complaints were received during Jan Manch.He said that social welfare is the main priority of the state government and the state government is taking all possible  steps in this direction. to achieve this goal the State Government has also launched several schemes to benefiting every section of the society. The government has recently  increased the old age pension from Rs. 1300 to 1500. Similarly, the pension amount of Social Security has also been increased to Rs. 850 per month. He urged the people to  come forward to take full benefit of the schemes being implemented by the government for the welfare of society.The Minister honoured the beneficiaries of Beti Hai Anmol  scheme and distributed free gas connections to beneficiaries on this occasion.While presiding over the function he said that IPH Department should make all the necessary  arrangements to overcome the shortage of drinking water. He said that for the areas where there is a problem of drinking water, the department will ensures the supply of drinking  water through tankers.

Shimla district

Chief Whip Narender Bragta presided over the Jan Manch at Badagaon in Shimla district. As many as 156 complaints and demands were received during the programme.While  presiding over the occasion Narender Bragta said that Rs. 200 Crore have been approved for the channelization of Pabbar river, Rs. 5 Crore , 90 Lakh have been sanctioned  under NABARD for Sandhor Bridge and Rs. 8 Crore to develop Chanshal under eco- tourism.  He said that for the construction of Bakhirna Bridge Rs. 16 Crore and for the  construction of road in Rohru under  Mukhiya Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Rs. 2 Crore and 90 Lakh. He said that Rs. 18.12 Lakh for the construction of CA store in Rohru, Rs. 4  Crore 80 Lakh for Tutu Pani, Rs. Two Crore for Jarol- Tikkar, and Rs. 14.78 Lakh for Gumma- Kotkhai have also been already sanctioned.He also distributed FDs amounting to  Rs. 60 thousand to five girl child and LPG connections to 10 illegible beneficiaries on the occasion.

Hamirpur district

While presiding over the function at Bhoranj Assembly constituency of Hamirpur district, Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Hans Raj said that for the all-over development and to  present the potential of State effectively at global platform Jai Ram Thakur himself is organising Rod-Show and meetings in abroad. He said that under the leadership Jai Ram  Thakur a new era of development has begin in the State.As many as 206 complaints were received during the function and almost all were disposed off on the spot.On the  occasion he also distributed prizes and gifts to girls under Beti Hai Anmol scheme. 17 new Health Cards under Him Care Scheme were made and under Ayushman Bharat  Scheme health cards were also distributed among the eligible citizens. 

Bilaspur district

As many as 257 demands and complaints were received during Jan Manch organized at Jhandutta constituency of Bilaspur district which was presided over by Vice Chairman of  State Planning Board Ramesh Dhawala.On this occasion 15 Special Category Certificates, 86 Ayushmaan health cards, 13 Him Care health Cards, 9 new Adhar Cards were  issued. He said that under Beti hai Anmol scheme FDRs of 10 to 12 thousand have also been given to 17 eligible girls. Information about various schemes being run by the state  government was also given during the programme.
