Anantnag Lok sabha Constituency which goes polls in three phases due to security Concerns & first phase polling Polling was held on Anantnag district today Amid tight security Recorded A low Voter turnout about 13. 61% ,Rest of the three districts goes Polling on 29 April and 06 May Respectively.Officials told 5 dariya News that Voter turn out upto 1500 hrs of Anantnag Distt of Parliamentary Constituency Anantnag is as under, Doru assembly segment 13275/78684=16.9% Kokernag Assembly Segment 16249/93897= 17.3% Shangus Assembly segment 111780/88431=13.3% Bijbehara 1589 / 93289=1.7% Phalagam assembly segment 16099/86631=18.6% Anantnag Assembly segment - 2520/ 86565=2.9% and total no votes Polled -61512/527497= which is near 11.22% officials said.Pahalgam assembly segment reordered the highest voter turnout about 20.37% following by kokernag 19.36% and Dooru which is home Town of J&K Congress President G A Mir Recorded 17.28%.Former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti's Home Town Bijbehara constantly low voter turnout were only 2.04% electorates exercised frenchasise.5 dariya news received Reports about there are various villages in Bijbehara assembly Segment where no vote was polled today.
