Bharatiya Janata
Party (BJP) President Amit Shah on Tuesday said the National Democratic
Alliance (NDA) will form a "poor-friendly government" at the Centre,
like the ones by former AIADMK Chief Ministers M.G. Ramachandran (MGR) and J.

not just for the Lok Sabha polls, but would also continue for the next assembly
polls.Campaigning for BJP candidates Tamilisai Soundararajan in Thoothukudi and

the Lok Sabha elections but also the Assembly polls."Taking a dig at the
DMK-Congress alliance, the BJP leader said it had people like Karti
Chidambaram, Kanimozhi and A. Raja against whom there were corruption charges.
