While referring to the address of the the Hob’ble prime minister, Ch Lal Singh said that Hon'ble PM remembers Mata Vashino Devi Ji in every election campaign but the two sitting MP’s fail to convince the prime minister on the 18% of the duty imposed on the laborers working in the foothills of Mata Vaishno Devi. They would have very easily brought the amendment in the constitution regarding this type of the election where MP will not do anything and only prime minister of India will contest elections. He further said that people must ask all the contesting candidates of their vision and achievements till date especially for Dogras of Jammu province. but in my opinion MP are elected to brief the prime minister about the regional aspirations but the sitting MPs of Jammu and kathua failed to perform their duties and made the whole of the Jammu province to suffer and it was the result of their inefficencey that they could not prevail upon the state and the Centre and the most popular demand of CBI in the infamous case of Rasana was not met and the justice for the poor girl is still awaited.
