Anganwadi workers and helpers protest demonstration here in Srinagar demanding the release of state share to Anganwadi employees.Raising the slogans against the state  government for not fulfilling their demands which are pending from a very long time.Protester said that they are waiting for the response of the Governor to intervene in the matter  and take a positive favourable step in their favour.They said that there are nearly 64000 Workers and Helpers working in different centres in Jammu and Kashmir.They added “All  the workers and helpers are facing financial crisis due to the attitude of the state government towards us”.President of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers Association Kashmir  Tasleema Banoo said that “In August 2018, the Governor announced the state share of Rs 500 to Anganwadi workers and Rs 360 to helpers. But till now we didn’t a single penny  from the government, said. (PTK)
