Arunchal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday said that he was against the trend of candidates getting elected unopposed in Lok Sabha or Assembly elections asserting that such culture was against the democratic spirit."This must stop and there must be elections instead of nominations in every constituency with full democratic process," he said at the concluding session of the Yuva Sammelan organised by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM).
