Mansa SDM exhorts youth for maximum participation in games

Mansa SDM Abhijit Kapilish has encouraged the youth to take part in sports and stay away from drugs. Addressing the gathering during prize  distribution ceremony of football tournament organized by Sports Department on Independence day at the Gandhi Senior Secondary School here, he  exhorted players to play with dedication and bring laurels for district, state and country as well.Divulging further details, District Sports Officer Mr. Harpinder Singh said that the Sports Department has organized football match in a bid to  keep our youth away from drugs and to infuse them with sports spirit. He said that in this tournament, Coaching Center Mansa and Sangam Club Mansa  took part and Sangam Club defeated the team of coaching center Mansa by 2-0. He said that players were given refreshment after the match.Principal Gandhi Senior Secondary School Rimple Monga and other staff members and coaches of the Sports Department were also present  during the match.
