Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani, today convened a meeting to review the progress of Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) in government offices of the district.The DC directed all district officers to register all employees who are not registered under the new system yet. He also directed heads of the various departments to immediately submit details of Aadhaar registered employees on a given format with their offices at various level of the district.The DC said that registration of all employees in the attendance portal is mandatory, adding that concerns such as the attendance of the employees working in the fields shall be looked into during the implementation process.The meeting was attended by ADC DR Sheikh Ghulam Hassan, ACR Syed Shanawaz Shah, DIO NIC, officials of executive agencies, district and sectoral officers of various departments.
