Three members of a family were charred to death in a suspected LPG cylinder explosion in a house in Kantathmakur village of Warangal Rural district in Telangana, police said on Monday. The incident occurred on late Sunday night. The deceased have been identified as Kumara Swamy (45), his wife Sujata (35) and his mother Rajamma (67).Kumaraswamy had two wives. Due to differences with first wife, he was living with his second wife Sujata. Locals alleged that his son from the first wife poured petrol and set fire to the house past midnight. But police said the preliminary investigations show the deaths were caused by a gas cylinder blast.Local legislator Challa Dharma Reddy visited the village and provided financial assistance of Rs 10,000 for the last rites of the deceased.
