The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) today announced that it would sound poll bugle for the Parliamentary polls by holding its first election rally on August 19 at Pipli while making it clear that the party was going to contest the approaching Parliamentary polls in Haryana solely on its own.In a statement released from the Party headquarters, the SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal said that the party has started bracing up for the forthcoming parliamentary polls in Haryana. “The party would sound the poll bugle for Lok Sabha elections with its first election rally at pipli on August 19. It was decided in a meeting held with the district party Observers from Haryana” he added.He said that the President of Haryana state unit, S. Sharanjit Singh Sotha as well as the president of women wing in Haryana Bibi Ravinder Kaur Ajrana had presented a report in the meeting in this regard which was unanimously approved by all Observers.

S. Badal further said that Senior Vice President and MP S. Balwinder Singh Bhundar has been appointed as the chief Organizer of the rally while Prof. Prem Singh Chanrumajra, S. Surjit Singh Rakhra, Bibi Jagir Kaur, S. Manjit Singh GK, S. Parminder Singh Dhindsa, S. Sikandar Singh Maluka, S. Avtar Singh hit and Shri NK Sharma would vigorously work to make this rally successful by holding meetings with people at all constituencies across the state.The SAD president said that S. Sikandar Singh Maluka have already been appointed as Observer for Rajasthan to accelerate the party activities in the State. He will be assisted by a team of newly appointed assistant observers that includes S. Mantar Singh Brar, S. Tejinder Singh Middukhera, S. Hardeep Singh Dimpy Giddenbaha and S. Ranjit Singh Khanna.
