ADC Doda review progress of Biometric attendance

On the directions of Chief Secretary J&K, Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda Pawan Kumar Parihar convenes a meeting with all the district officers to review the progress of Aadhar based biometric attendance system here today.During the meeting, ADC informed that CS J&K has directed the Deputy Commissioners to ensure the enrolment of all the employees of the district for Aadhar by 17th of July 2018 besides those employees who already have Aadhar number must get themselves registered in AEBAS by 18th July 2018.Acting accordingly, ADC directed all the DDOs to get their employees registered for Aadhar and no employee should be left without enrolment by the fixed deadline. He directed District Treasury Officer Doda to keep the salary of the officials without Aadhar on withhold. He further directed the officers to register all the employees working under their jurisdiction on AEBAS portal and get the BAS machines installed as early as possible.ADC directed the DDOs to submit the attendance of all the employees on the format already circulated by 10:00 am sharp on daily basis for its onwards submission to higher authorities.The meeting was attended by the senior officers of Engineering, Health, Education Department, DPO Doda, DSWO Doda, ARTO Doda besides other officers of district administration.
