As part of the remembrance of Martyrdom of Sri Guru Arjun Dev Ji, who sacrificed his life for safeguarding the values of humanism and secularism, the employees of Punjab Raj Bhavan organized a ‘Chhabeel’ of sweetened water and ‘parshad’ outside the Raj Bhavan complex, here today.The Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, V.P. Singh Badnore, after paying obeisance to Sri Guru Granth Sahib, led the staff in serving ‘prashad’ and sweetened water to all the passers-by. The enthusiastic volunteers served chhabeel and prashad to the people for the whole day.
