A batch of IAS probationers of 2017 who have been allotted J&K cadre met the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti here today.These probationers have joined the State last month and are undergoing State specific training at the Institute of Management, Public Administration & Rural Development (IMPARD). During the interaction, the Chief Minister hoped that with the joining of more young boys and girls into the administrative hierarchy of the State, governance delivery system would further improve and enhance, thereby giving its people much more relief. She said Jammu & Kashmir, given the multidimensional challenges it is faced with, provides an ideal work atmosphere to a civil servant with which he or she can work anywhere in the country with excellence and eminence.Mehbooba Mufti wished the IAS probationers a successful and eventful tenure in the State.Director General, IMPARD, Lokesh Jha was present on the occasion.
