Acharya Devvrat, Governor hosted a Dinner in the honour of Ram Nath Kovind, President of India at Raj Bhawan today. The President accompanied by his wife, the first lady Savita Kovind and daughter Ms Swati. Jai Ram Thakur, Chief Minister and his wife Dr. Sadhna Thakur were also present. The President is on a six day visit to the State.A colourful cultural programme was also presented on the occasion. Artists of Saraswati Swar Sangam from district Kangra presented Jhamakara and artists of Chureshwar Kala Manch from Sirmour presented nati and deepak nritya on the occasion.Lady Governor Smt. Darshana Devi, Speaker, Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Dr. Rajiv Bindal, Cabinet Colleagues of the Chief Minister, Deputy Speaker, HP Vidhan Sabha, former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court Justice Sanjay Karol, Judges of HP High Court, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Shimla, Smt. Kusum Sadrate, senior civil and police officers of the State Government, senior military officers and other prominent people were present on the occasion.
