Arun Jaitley takes stock of Chandigarh’s poll scenario

The senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Arun Jaitley who is also contesting from the Amristar Lok Sabha seat convened a special meeting with the State President, Chandigarh, Sanjay Tandon at his residence in sector 18 today.While sharing the details of the meeting, Sanjay Tandon said, “I briefed Arun Jaitley about the ongoing poll campaigns of the party in Chandigarh. Besides, he also sought the details on the strategy being adopted to win the confidence of the people and had detailed discussion on people’s response towards the campaigns. The issues of the opposition Congress party were also talked about”.The meeting continued for more than an hour where Jaitley who is known for his cutting edge strategies gave many suggestions to carry out an effective canvassing to ensure victory of the party.
