Dr. Hina Bhat distributed Certificates among Trainees at PMTC Pampore

Training Centre PMTC, Pampore of Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) in a bid to make people especially women folk as a self-employment tool, provided training to around 60 trainees among whom 40 were girls and 20 were boys. Three training courses viz Mehandi Designing & Beautician for girls and Mobile Repairing (Hardware & Software) for Boys were conducted at PMTC, KVIC Pampore.Also EDP training for PMEGP beneficiaries were inaugurated today followed by Hindi Workshop for implementation of Official Language (Hindi) was conducted.On the Occasion Dr. Hina Shafi Bhat, Hon’ble Chairperson (NZ), KVIC was present as Chief Guest. Besides Anil Kumar Sharma, Assistant Director/Principal and staff posted at PMTC , KVIC Pampore many trainees and locals were present.Anil Kumar Sharma, Assistant Director/Principal informed Chairperson (NZ) about the training prgrammes. He said that 20 girls were trained in the Mehandi Designing and 20 girls were trained in Beautician Course. Besides 20 boys were trained in Mobile Repairing (Software & Hardware) course. 

Addressing the gathering Dr. Hina said that KVIC expects to generate around hundred jobs. She appealed trainees to come forward and avail benefits of PMEGP scheme of Government of India under which they can establish their own business units. In the end, Dr. Hina and other Officers of KVIC distributed Bee-Boxes to Beekeeping trainees and Certificates to Cutting & Tailoring/Fashion Designing trainees.Dr. Hina suggested them to not make complaint rather be a part of the solution, he said that Taj Mahal was not built in a day and one must keep patience to achieve the goal.Dr. Hina described learning as an endless process and one gets recognition by work. She suggested passing batch trainees to shun inferiority complex and to shine learnt skills.Dr. Hina asked for suggestions from youths and some of them have suggested about enhanced training duration, sports facility and better daily routine etc.In the meantime Dr. Hina alongwith Assistant Director/Principal Anil Kumar distributed certificates among the trainees of these courses. Dr. Hina also inaugurated EDP training programme for PMEGP beneficiaries.Before this Dr. Hina reviewed overall progress of training centre and emphasized for starting various training programmes.Dr. Hina chaired Hindi Workshop organized at PMTC KVIC Pampore for implementation of official language (Hindi) in the office.
