The Legislative Assembly today referred the Bill regarding amending the Jammu and Kashmir Shri Mata Sukharala Devi Ji Shrine (SMSDJS) and Shri Mata Bala Sundari Shrine (SMBSS) Act 2013 to the House Select Committee.Earlier, the Bill was introduced in the Legislative Assembly by Minister of State for Tourism, Priya Sethi on behalf of Minister for Tourism, Tassaduq Hussain Mufti.The Legislators, Devender Singh Rana, Sat Paul Sharma and Nawang Rigzin Jora took part in the discussion and gave their valuable suggestions regarding the Bill.Agreeing with the suggestion of the Legislators, Minister for Tourism, Tassaduq Mufti said the Bill be referred to Select Committee for further discussions. He said the suggestions put forth by the Members be incorporated in the amendment Bill.
