Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, who is also the President of Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council on Thursday approved conferment of Sher I Kashmir Sports Awards for outstanding sportspersons and Parshuram Awards for best coach for the period of 2013-14, 2015-15 and 2015-16.
