Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh organized a Personality Development Programme (PDP) at its Campus. The Programme aimed at increasing Employability skills of the Students. Mr. Jaspreet Singh Malhotra, Managing Director, The Giants along with others including Mr. Paramjeet Singh and Mr. Hanu Dixit were the key note speakers on the occasion.The programme emphasized on building various skills including Speaking skills, Interview skills, Personal Interviews, Verbal Ability, Quantitative ability, Resume writing etc.Mr. Jaspreet Malhotra told about goals, importance of setting goals, how to overcome anxieties related to them and overcoming obstacles to achieve them. He emphasized the importance of having clarity while setting goals. Also, one must be determined and prepared to make sacrifices in order to achieve the goals.Mr. Paramjeet Singh discussed about speaking skills, group discussion, interview skills, personal interviews focusing on Interview tips, Interview attending skills, etiquette and Presentation Skills etc.
