MLA holds public grievances redressal camp

To listen to the demands and issues of the people of Dhara, Faitypour, Kainu , Morban and other adjoining areas of his constituency, Member Legislative Assembly Haveli Shah Mohammed Tantray along with officials of administration held a grievances redressal camp  at Faithpur. Problems pertaining to road, shortage of food grains, water and power supply, availability of ration and kerosene besides functioning of schools, Anganwari centres and other developmental issues were raised and discussed.Speaking on the occasion, MLA assured them that their issues would be redressed in a time bound manner. He announced that three transformers and hundred electric poles would be provided to the area to upgrade power related infrastructure in this far flung region.Tantray said that delivery of quality public services in time is imperative and appealed the field staff members to meet their responsibilities diligently saying that their role is vital in addressing local problems. He said that Government has given nod for various development projects in this area like 50 MV solar light at Loran and industrial estate for unemployed youths.The MLA said he has started series of public grievances camps in his constituency in order to provide services to the people at their door steps.Camp was attended by executive engineers, assistant executive engineers besides tehsil and block level officers and officials.Earlier, MLA along with ADDC visited tehsil mini secretariat complex Mandi to inspect its functioning. He directed the Tehsildar for proper maintenance and cleanliness of the complex besides ensuring punctuality of employees.
