A 14 year old girl felt uncouncious after her Braid was chopped by some unknown persons. The 14 year old girl belonged to Badkoot Handwara area of Distirct Kupwara.A police, SDPO And Revenue team rushed to the spot in order to determine the situation.We have got Some hair from the spot and we haven't got any clue whois behind the Act, But as per the girl that man was Masked and Flew after cutting the hair said SHO Handwara.A case has been registered in this regard and investgation will be done with accordance to the law in order to trace out the culpriys behind the act added SHO Handwara.
