In connection with celebration of Swachta Hi Sewa Abiyan across the district Kupwara upto October 02, 2017, the District Development Commissioner Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir today flagged off the students rally.The rally was attended by the officers of district administration, students of various educational institutes, civil society members and general public.The participants in rally held banners, placards and other print materials for creating awareness among the general masses about sanitation measures.The general public appreciated the efforts of district administration in cleaning the town blocks, panchayats, and for maintaining the public places.
