Complete shutdown being observed in Kupwara

Complete shut down is being observed in north kashmirs district kupwara on the eve of a call given by JRL. Complete shutdown is being observed as all the shops , business establishments and private sectors are observing complete shutdown.However no untoward moment has come up so far. No protests or stone pelting case came up so far in district kupwara.
